Any remaining balance must be paid according to the instructions provided during booking or at the appointment.

Appointments are subject to availability. Belzeb Wellness may contact you when clarification, rescheduling, additional information, or pre-appointment instructions are required.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, deposit, and no-show conditions are governed by the cancellation policy shown during booking or published on our website.

Deposits may be nonrefundable or transferable only as stated in the applicable booking and cancellation policy.

Belzeb Wellness may reschedule or cancel an appointment because of provider availability, emergencies, equipment issues, weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When appropriate, we will attempt to offer an alternative appointment.

6. Products, Orders, and Payments

Product descriptions and prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, price, or availability status is error-free.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel an order;

  • Limit product quantities;

  • Correct pricing or description errors;

  • Discontinue products or services; and

  • Request additional information to verify a transaction.

Applicable taxes, delivery fees, shipping fees, deposits, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
